We hope you understand our policies as we wish to provide a safe space for all of our clients and therapists

1. We strictly provide therapeutic thai massage ONLY. Sexual services are NOT provided, asking may cause offence. Alongside, sexual advances of any kind will not be tolerated and the massage appointment will be immediately terminated

2. We value your comfort and satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your massage within the first 10 minutes, please let us know immediately. We will be happy to change your massage therapist or offer a refund, depending on the circumstances. However, if you complete the massage and only request a refund afterwards, we will not be able to accommodate the request, as you had the opportunity to raise any concerns during the session.

3. Please arrive a few minutes earlier than your appointment time, as it can take a few minutes to settle in and prepare for the massage therapy.

4. If you are not present after 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment without any notice we will cancel your booking as there are clients who are waiting to get a booking. Also, if you have booked an appointment and do not show up 3 times in a row, we will only accept walk-ins as keep record.
